Emma

Emma recently relocated to Stamford from Hampshire with her three children and her energetic cockapoo, Milo. A lifelong animal lover, she has quickly fallen in love with Stamford’s dog-friendly community — and is very much the sort of person who can’t walk past a dog without stopping to say hello.

Growing up, Emma was surrounded by cats and has always appreciated their playful, sassy personalities. As an adult, her love of animals naturally continued into dog ownership, and over the years she has cared for a British Bulldog, a Dachshund, and now her much-loved Cockapoo, who certainly keeps her on her toes. This hands-on experience means Emma is confident with dogs of different breeds, sizes and temperaments, and understands how important routine, patience and reassurance are.

Emma takes huge pride in caring for pets as if they were her own, always aiming to make them feel safe, loved and relaxed while their owners are away. She genuinely enjoys building bonds with both pets and their people, and looks forward to meeting lots of new four-legged friends (and their humans!) around Stamford.

When she’s not out walking dogs or caring for pets, Emma loves spending time outdoors — whether that’s wild swimming in rivers, getting stuck into gardening, or heading to the boxing gym to keep active. Her energetic, caring and down-to-earth nature makes her a fantastic addition to the team and a reassuring presence for both pets and owners alike.
