Erika lives in Stamford with her partner and their three much-loved cats — including one recently adopted from Cats Protection, who has quickly become a cherished member of the family. A lifelong animal lover, she has grown up surrounded by both dogs and cats, and truly cannot imagine life without their companionship and joy.

With experience working in a busy doggy daycare centre, a veterinary practice, and as an animal care assistant, Erika brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and practical skills to her pet care role. Over the years, she’s cared for a huge variety of animals and fully understands the importance of building trust, establishing a consistent routine, and providing comfort tailored to every pet’s individual needs.

Alongside her professional pet care work, Erika is also a talented makeup artist who enjoys balancing her creative side with her deep love of animals. She finds herself happiest when she’s outdoors, staying active, and spending quality time with animals — whether that means going for a long walk with a friendly dog or enjoying some quiet, relaxed company with a cat curled up at home.

Erika is genuinely excited to be a part of The Stamford Catsitter team and looks forward with enthusiasm to meeting more of the area’s furry (and not-so-furry!) residents in the months ahead.
