Lauren has always had a genuine love for animals and enjoys building trust with every pet she meets. She has around two years’ experience providing pet sitting and dog walking for family and friends, taking care to follow each pet’s normal routine and ensuring they feel happy, comfortable and settled while their owners are away. She understands that every animal is different and enjoys getting to know their individual personalities and needs.

Alongside her love of animals, Lauren has four years’ experience in customer service, where she developed excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. She is reliable, attentive and confident working independently, and understands the importance of treating both pets and clients’ homes with the utmost care and respect.

Outside of pet care, Lauren enjoys baking and expressing her creativity through art. She is a warm, friendly and patient person who is always happy to go the extra mile, whether that’s spending extra time reassuring a nervous cat, sticking closely to a pet’s usual routine, or simply making sure every visit is full of care and affection.

Lauren is excited to be joining The Cambridge Catsitter and is looking forward to meeting lots of wonderful cats (and the occasional dog!), giving owners complete peace of mind that their pets are in kind, capable and caring hands.
