Zala was so excited to join our team as she has a genuine passion caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. She enjoys giving love, attention, and care to pets when their owners are not home.

She most likely has this deep affection for animals due to her upbringing on a small holding - filled with a variety of creatures such as pigs, goats, turkeys, chickens, a snake, as well as cats and dogs!

Zala works on reception Pengelly and Mizen Veterinary Surgery in Peterborough, which becomes VetsNow out of hours and is the emergency vets that we as sitters would use if required. This means that, alongside her pet sitting, she is immersed in the world of pet care 24/7!

As the cherry on top, Zala dedicates her spare hours to aiding the exotic residents at the ‘Exotic Pet Refuge’, where she compassionately tends to a variety of creatures, including monkeys and lemurs.

On the rare occasion Zala isn’t found cuddling animals, she’s probably out enjoying nature on a long walk.

Zala unlocks a new service area for us as she is based in the village of Throckenholt, so is able to cover services in Crowland, Gedney Hill, Thorney, Guyhirn and surrounding villages. She can’t wait to meet your pets!
