Warm and down to earth Charlotte brought a lifetime of pet care experience with her to the team.

She grew up with 3 rescue cats and a rescue dog in the family, and now has a cheeky rescue cat of her own at home - Loki. She has also walked a large amount of dogs of varying breeds during her time as a Nanny, and due to health issues her own cats have faced, she is officially an expert in administering oral medication!

Charlotte is the elder sister of our owner Lydia - 5 years older to the exact day in fact (they love sharing the joint birthday fact with anyone that will listen).

Charlotte joined the team as a pet carer back in 2021 but became our Office Manager in 2022. Lydia isn’t quite sure how she managed without Charlotte’s assistance before that! She has been known to respond to emails in 0.01 seconds and onboard new clients faster than you can say 'The Stamford Catsitter’!

Not only is she an administration queen, but she has made some really special bonds with our human, canine and feline clients over the last few years. She is consistently commended for her gentle approach, ability to get tablets down the most stubborn of cats, and willingness to accommodate bookings at the last minute.

We are so lucky to have her!
